On December 3^rd, 2006, Xiaoshan district Economic development department, trusted by Economic & trade commission of Zhejiang Province, organized the Province level new product certification meeting for anti-high current volume, high stabilized Magnet for micro loudspeaker developed by Hangzhou Permanent Magnet Group Co.,Ltd. The certification committee heard our company’s technical summary, test report, research report and customer application report, and it was agreed unianimously:

1.       the data is complete, standardized and in line with certification requirement.

2. By applying vacuum melting and silicone tooling technique, the quality is improved. The product is with the characteristics of high Bhmax and anti-high volume dash.

3. by improving the recipe for alloy and heat treatment, Br is stabilized and the HC is highly improved. Through geometric design, the flux is optimized; the product is with high stability and anti huge volume current characteristics. The whole art craft of it reaches advanced domestic technical level.

4. After using by customers, the reflection of it is good. It well serves the society and brings up out economic profit as well. Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 .Our equipment, art craft, test method and environment principles can meet the requirement for mass production.

It passed the certification unanimously at last. The product development is successful, and it passes new product certification at Province level.

At the meeting, Jia Guiyuan, President of the company, indicated that the company will pay more attention to new product development and investment on technical initiative to bring up energy saving, environment friendly and practical product to better serve the society.
