On January 29^th, 2007, Yang Yongmei and Sun Xiang, assessors from AFAQ/BestCERT, Ltd.）inspected ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002 in our company. The inspection team assured the success we had made, and also pointed out some existing problems and advices for improvement. In view of these problems and advices, the management agreed the inspection is objective and just, these problems are the very weak points for these systems. It was required that each department should research these problems. Not only find the stems for these problems, but also do well to prevent similar problems to occur. It is not enough only to pay attention to problems in system procedures, it is more important to pay attention to our mind and thinking, holding fast to quality and being flexible in system methods and procedure methods. We should take advantage of this inspection to strengthen and improve quality management so that quality management theories and principles can be applied, well, practically and appropriately and the quality management system can turn to the base for the management in our company.
